About Claudia Hopkins

Claudia Hopkins’ work studies and explores aspects of nature which are often overlooked. She uses a range of techniques including etching and precise chine-collé to emphasise specific subjects within the work. Her prints play with fine lines to show the detail of the subject. The work also brings awareness to social and environmental issues, raising funds for causes as well.

Hopkins has taken Fine Art courses through Emily Carr University of Art and Design, where she learned how to etch and earned her Bachelor of Design. She is currently a keyholder member of Thames-Side Print Studio.
